By accessing or using the iMenufy website, services, and products (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). 3. Service Description

iMenufy provides a platform for businesses (such as restaurants, bars, and cafes) to create, customize, and manage digital menus. iMenufy allows users to input categories, images, menu items, and select design templates. The platform also generates QR codes and public links for sharing menus, and offers analytics on menu usage.

4. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use iMenufy’s services. When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Notify iMenufy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, and iMenufy will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, posted, or otherwise made available via the Service, including text, images, and any other materials (collectively "User Content"). By uploading or creating content through iMenufy, you agree to the following:

You have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and share the content.
You will not upload copyrighted content without permission from the copyright holder.
You will not upload any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.
iMenufy may remove or disable access to content that is reported or found to be in violation of these Terms.

iMenufy does not claim ownership of User Content but reserves the right to review and monitor content at any time.

6. Copyright Policy

iMenufy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Users are prohibited from uploading content they do not own or have proper authorization to use. If we receive a valid notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or any other applicable law, we will promptly investigate the matter and may remove the infringing content.

Repeat Infringers: iMenufy maintains a policy that provides for the termination of accounts for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws. Accounts that receive multiple copyright infringement reports will be suspended or terminated.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Service:

Upload or transmit spam, phishing scams, or unauthorized advertisements.
Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to promote illegal activities.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Service, servers, or networks.

iMenufy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be engaging in prohibited activities.

8. Payment and Plan Renewals

iMenufy offers services on a one-time payment basis for either a monthly or yearly period. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan, which are billed once per month or once per year, depending on your choice. After the expiration of the current period, your plan may be renewed by making another payment for the next month or year.

Prices for our services are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect any active plans until renewal.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for fees already paid unless required by law.

9. License

iMenufy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your business's internal purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service in any medium.
Modify or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Use any automated systems (e.g., bots, crawlers) to access the Service.

10. Data and Privacy

11. Limitation of Liability

iMenufy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use or inability to use the Service. iMenufy’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to iMenufy during the 12-month period prior to the claim.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

iMenufy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service, and no refunds will be provided for any unused subscription period.
