• Menu items, categories, prices, and descriptions you create
• Images and photos you upload to your menus
• Template preferences and design customizations
• Customer Ratings of your business

Usage & Analytics Data

• Pages viewed, features used, and time spent on the platform
• QR code scan counts and unique visitor numbers for your menus
• Device type, browser, and general geographic region (country/city)
• IP address (anonymized after 30 days)

Your data is used solely to run, improve, and support iMenufy. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

• Provide and operate the iMenufy platform and app
• Send account-related emails (verification, password reset, billing)
• Show you aggregated analytics about your menu's performance
• Improve features based on how the platform is used
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot problems
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

We may send you product updates and tips via email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Full stop.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the platform:

• Cloud Hosting — to store your data securely
• Payment Processor — to handle Premium plan billing (we never store your card details)
• Email Service — to send transactional and notification emails
• Analytics — aggregated, anonymous usage data to improve the product

All providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of iMenufy or its users.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

• After account deletion, all personal data is permanently erased
• Anonymized usage analytics may be kept indefinitely as they cannot be linked to you

iMenufy is a business tool designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.

If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us at legal@imenufy.com and we will promptly delete the account and associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our practices, or the platform's features.

When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email and display a notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.

Continued use of iMenufy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
