Terms of Service

Welcome to iMenufy. By accessing or using our website, app, or services at imenufy.com and app.imenufy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use iMenufy. These Terms apply to all users, including business owners, managers, and anyone else accessing the platform.

To use iMenufy, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at support@imenufy.com

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Accounts registered on behalf of a business must have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You may not share your account credentials with others or create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.

iMenufy provides a digital menu creation, management, and sharing platform. This includes:

• Menu creation tools with templates and customization options
• QR code generation and management
• Analytics and customer engagement insights
• A mobile app for managing menus on the go
• Physical QR code printing and distribution
• Website embedding functionality (Premium)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We aim to give at least 30 days' notice for significant changes to paid features.

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to iMenufy — including menu text, images, branding, and business information ("Your Content").

By using iMenufy, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate the platform and provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You own or have the rights to all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe any third-party copyright or trademark
• Menu items, prices, and descriptions are accurate and not misleading
• Any food images comply with applicable food labeling laws in your region

When you delete your account, we will remove Your Content from public view within 24 hours and permanently delete it within 30 days.

iMenufy is designed for legitimate food and beverage businesses. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything illegal or fraudulent
• Upload content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise our systems
• Use automated bots or scrapers to collect data from our platform
• Impersonate another business or user
• Use iMenufy to advertise or link to illegal products or services

Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost for as long as we offer it. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days' notice.

Premium Plan

Premium is available in three billing options — Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime — at the rates displayed on our pricing page. By purchasing a plan:

• You are charged once at the time of purchase for the selected billing period
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, after which you may choose to renew manually
• Lifetime plans grant access indefinitely with a single one-time payment
• We do not store card details — payments are processed by our secure payment provider

Physical QR Code Orders

Physical QR code printing and delivery is a separate one-time purchase made through our platform. By placing an order:

• Payment is collected in full at the time of order
• Orders are processed and dispatched once payment is confirmed
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for unused portions of any billing period or physical orders, except where required by applicable law.

Price Changes

We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. Price changes only affect new purchases and renewals made after the change takes effect.

The iMenufy name, logo, platform design, templates, and underlying technology are owned by iMenufy and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform, templates, or branding without explicit written permission.

Your content remains yours. Our content remains ours.

iMenufy is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of revenue if the service is temporarily unavailable
• Accuracy of analytics data (provided for informational purposes)
• Third-party integrations or links accessible from our platform

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iMenufy's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid for the service preceding the claim, or
• USD $50

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@imenufy.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. For minor violations, we will typically give a warning first.

Upon termination, your menus will be taken offline and your data deleted per our retention policy (30 days).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

We will always try to resolve disputes informally first — please contact us before initiating any legal proceedings.
