How do I create my first digital menu?
Sign up for a free iMenufy account, choose a design template, then add your categories and menu items. You can include names, descriptions, prices, and photos. Once saved, your menu goes live instantly with its own QR code and shareable link.
Do I need any design or tech skills?
Not at all. iMenufy is designed to be completely input-and-select. If you can fill out a form, you can build a professional-looking menu. No coding, no design tools, no experience needed.
How long does it take to set up?
Most users have a fully live menu within 10–15 minutes. Signing up takes under a minute, and adding your menu items is quick and intuitive.
Can I import my existing menu?
Currently you'll need to enter your menu items manually. It's a quick process and you only have to do it once!

How does the QR code work?
The menu you create gets a unique QR code automatically. Customers scan it with any smartphone camera and your menu opens instantly in their browser — no app download required on their end.
Can I customize my QR code?
Yes! You can customize the design images of your QR code from within your dashboard. Download it as a high-resolution image to use on table cards, menus, windows, receipts, or anywhere else.
What if I update my menu, does the QR code change?
No. Your QR code stays the same forever. When you update your menu, the changes are reflected instantly when anyone scans the existing code. No need to reprint anything.
Can I share my menu without a QR code?
Yes. Every menu also has a unique shareable URL. You can post it on Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, your Google Business profile, or anywhere else you communicate with customers.

What do I get with Premium?
Premium gives you unlimited categories and items, all design templates, advanced statistics, Gold Verification, unlimited image uploads and the ability to embed your menu on your own website.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

What analytics does iMenufy provide?
You can track the number of times your menu page was viewed, which items have been liked by customers, and category engagement. Premium users get advanced statistics with deeper insights.
How does the Likes feature work?
Customers viewing your digital menu can tap a heart icon to like individual items or rate your business as a whole. These ratings and likes are tracked in your dashboard, giving you valuable feedback about what customers love.
Can I embed my menu on my website?
Yes — this is a Premium feature. You'll get a short embed code to paste into your website's HTML. Your menu will display live and always show the latest version automatically.
Does iMenufy work on all devices?
Yes. Menus created with iMenufy are fully responsive and work beautifully on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. The management dashboard is also mobile-friendly.
